Nagato Taikai Lithuania 2024 Event

  1. Event Details:
    Event Name: Bujinkan Taikai Lithuania 2024
    Event Date: 2024 May 17-19
    Event Language: Japanese / English
    Venue: Compensa Hall, Vilnius
    Organizer: “Bujinkan Association Lithuania”
    Non-profit entity code: 304178868.

  2. Event Entry:
    Valid government-issued ID or passport, will be required upon the entry to ensure participants safety during the Event.
    Make sure to have a valid e-ticket PDF with the barcode for entry.
    Present your e-ticket PDF barcode (either in physical or electronic form) at the event entrance for verification.
  3. Event cancelation and refund:

     

    While rare and unlikely, in the case of event cancellation due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances or Nagato Sensei would not be able to attend, two possible outcomes are considered, taking into account the time remaining until the event.
    A. The event may be fully canceled with ticket refunds, excluding necessary expenses incurred in organising the Event.
    B. The Event may take place with Bujinkan Daishihan’s as the Event teachers. In such a scenario, participants may receive partial compensation for their purchased tickets due to cost savings associated with the event.
  4. Age Restrictions:
    Age Limits: “The minimum age requirement for attendees is 18 years old. Younger individuals are permitted to participate when accompanied by an adult.”
    Accompanied Minors Under 18 Years Old: Minors who meet the minimum age requirement may attend when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older and has completed the following steps:
    A. Possesses written authorization.
    B. Holds a printed email confirmation from the organizers, which can be obtained by applying through the general email no later than April 1, 2024.
    C. Assumes responsibility for the minor throughout the event.
  5. Denied Entry: If an attendee is denied entry due to an invalid ticket or non-compliance with the Tickets or Event Terms and Conditions, refunds may not be applicable.
  6. Event Organizer Discretion: The event organizer reserves the right to make decisions regarding age restrictions and entry on a case-by-case basis, and their decisions are final.
  7. Event Changes and Cancellations:
    The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue.
    In case of event cancellation, refunds will be provided as per the organizer’s policy.
  8. Code of Conduct:
    Attendees must adhere to the event’s code of conduct and any rules set by the organiser. The information on the code of conduct and event rules will be sent to participants via email
  9. Pictures and video
    No Photography or Videography During Training Sessions:
    Please refrain from taking pictures or recording videos during the event’s training sessions. This includes any form of photography or video capture, such as using cameras, smartphones, tablets, or any other recording devices.
    Respect Training Privacy: We value the privacy and concentration of our participants during training sessions. Taking pictures or recording videos during these times can disrupt the learning environment and the experience of others.
    Photography and Videography Allowed During Breaks: You are welcome to take pictures and record videos during designated breaks between training sessions. This allows you to capture memories and share your experiences with friends and family.
    Organiser Approved Exceptions: In certain cases,  event organisers may grant permission for specific moments or demonstrations to be photographed or recorded. However, this should always be confirmed with the instructor or event staff in advance.
